Capjari in the second version proposed - is a Distilled Compound Gin, produced from 11 botanicals, almost all Italian: The juniper is infused and distilled individually to enhance its aromas and perfumes, the other 10 botanicals (including the Tuscan iris and the long pepper from Java) are individually subjected to a long infusion process. Everything is then skilfully mixed to become CAPJARI Distilled / Compound Gin.

Floral aromas and pastry sweets (rum babà) and cocoa, light citrus (orange peel, lime), cherries in alcohol and notes of sugar cane. Very soft entrance on the palate, sweet sensations tempered by a good spiciness (ginger, chilli pepper), finish of good intensity and persistence.

On the nose predominance of aromas of pastry and sweet spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) with a background of candied citrus fruit. The taste is soft, with nuances of exotic fruit, aromatic (mint) and medicinal herbs.
The amalgam is very particular, the traditional style of distilled / compound gin emerges, designed for cocktails of greater complexity than Gin and tonic, for example for classic or revisited Martini Cocktails.
Colour: Not too intense but brilliant yellow.
Perfume: The nose has an intense, aromatic but still velvety approach. Notes of juniper and iris, pepper and lemongrass.
Taste: Its aromatic profile is soft and very balanced, with excellent sharpness. Despite its "Universality" retains personality and character.
